David Schölmerich is an Amsterdam-based wine nerd, recently returned from working at a winery in Germany. He loves energetic wines, made with by passionate people using restorative practices in concert with the Earth. He wants to break down the elitist barriers and confusion around wine, and would love to help you discover your new favorite grape juice.
